Hello!
We are the Dickman Family. My name is Shannon, and with my husband Tim and our six kids, we are the family, the muscle and the brains behind Vauxhill 928 Ranch and Breeders. This life is a dream for us though also a new adventure too. We have a passion for family, faith and community. It is with this in mind that we built this business.
How it Started
​​In 2018, I felt a distinct prompting that we needed to move and I knew exactly where we needed to go. I felt drawn in a way that defies words to the town of Elizabeth. I was relentless and we found our home the very first day it was listed, made an offer the next day and were moved in by the end of December that same year. Tim and I both felt there were three reasons our family needed to be here : to draw closer to each other, to draw closer to Jesus and to help our kids learn to work.
How it's Going
Living out here, we decided to dive right in. It started with the housewarming gift of a bottle-fed pig, followed quickly by the arrival of two beautiful female highland cows. But, no home is complete without a few incredible, loyal companions.

It started with Wren, our black Labrador, who has since sadly passed. But, before we had even let January pass when we moved in, we brought Bishop, our Saint Bernard into our family. It was not long before we added Deacon, our Merle standard poodle male and Brenda our Bernedoodle female. And life has become a wild adventure ever since.

From chicks to chickens, piglets to pigs, Belted Galloway cows to calves - we have deep dived and couldn't imagine looking back!
And so it continues
Every bernedoodle we raise is the result of intentional pairings, meticulous health testing, and a commitment to excellence at every stage. Our breeding program is built on quality, not quantity, producing puppies with exceptional health, temperament and beauty.
